‘Mission of the Month’ – April 2025

Camp LuWiSoMo

Our “Mission of the Month” for April 2025 is Camp LuWiSoMo, the outdoor ministry of our South Wisconsin district of the LCMS.

 

Camp LuWiSoMo is located just 5 miles east of Wild Rose, WI, on the shores of beautiful Round Lake.  The camp is a Registered Service Organization (RSO) of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod, providing a beautiful and peaceful environment to enjoy God’s creation and grow in your faith and relationship with Jesus Christ.

 

The camp is blessed with 380 acres in which to relax, recharge, walk, camp, swim, worship, and grow in faith.  You can spend time together as a family, friends, small group or congregation, enjoy a campfire, or just be.  The “Retreat Center” is available year round.  You can also enjoy the quiet “campground” during the summer and early fall.

 

Upcoming this summer are the LuWiSoMo Youth Summer Camps, which provide campers with faith-growing opportunities and unique learning experiences while having fun in a beautiful Christ-centered outdoor ministry setting.
